Congratulations!!! You're looking fabulous and great of course but I also want to say bravo to you for making your goal happen despite struggling with binge eating and compulsive eating. I know the pain that comes with these two in particular. Even now that I reached my "goal-weight" I gain and lose 5-10 pounds because of compulsive eating. None of these behaviors, however, are permanent if we choose. We have the strength to change it

You look great!! I started at 257 and got to 204.. But I keep bouncing from 215 to 204... Since July of last year.. I'm back at 215, but I'm pushing now to lose 70-80 more pounds... I'm amazed at your results..I'm going to add you, you are inspirational!1

I've only worried about calories so far but I think I'm about to try to start tracking (and dropping) carbs. I've focused more on mindful eating, eating slowly and not being super restrictive when it comes to food so far but I'm ready for a fat loss boost!1 -
