People....Who did 17.2? I did it scaled and I'm practically geriatric today. It didn't help that we did Anne on Thursday and T2B in our Wednesday WOD at my box. I did get my first pull-up though! I was so excited!
-
That's awesome! I'm terrified to see what 17.2 will be. :#

I'm 5'1" and set my first goal at 130lbs. Then I moved down to 125lbs. I'll just keep moving down in 5lbs increments until my body feels right. I'm thinking for me it's around 120lbs.

I just started CF in JAN. I'm so empowered by all these badass women. I would love to be on their level. I'm doing the open scaled. I did 17.1 yesterday and I'm not going to lie, my back is sore from the snatches yesterday. I was so proud of my time! The atmosphere at my box and the support was awesome.

Wow! You look great!
-
You look great!

I love your attitude. I finally gave myself permission after having three back-to-back pregnancies. It's so hard after putting everyone else first. Rock on momma!
-
AMAZING! I just started crossfit in January and absolutely love it! I'd love to look like you. You are ripped girl! <3
-
You look great! I love how you are beaming in the current photo. <3
-
Wow! Way to go! You are definitely making a huge difference.
-
I love charts and graphs!
-
You can do this! Set small, scaling goals. If/when you have a bad day, acknowledge it and keep moving towards your goals.
-
Wow, such a difference in just a month! Great job!

1200 might work, but it seems low. I'm ~5'1 and currently 129lbs, my calorie goal is around 1350. This is pretty doable for me. Sometimes I eat back 50% of my exercise calories, sometimes not. I have my fitbit connected too and it never adds exercise calories unless I get close to 10,000 steps. The only exercise I add to…

Good for you logging it. At least you were honest with yourself!
-
Good luck! We are all here for you. You can do this!
-
I love your attitude! You look awesome, keep kicking *kitten*!
-
That is such an awesome feeling! You rock the hell out of those!
-
They also help motivate me, slightly. My ultimate scale & non scale victories do much more for me. I mean, I'm not counting on winning anything, but it would be nice!
-
Thank you all! Just take one day at a time! Set a mini goal..it will go by so much faster!
-
Great JOB! Congrats on your success!
-
Thank you! I started with a 5k too and as soon as I finished it was an amazing feeling. You'll love the adrenaline rush and the feeling of accomplishing something not everyone can do! You will rock it! Awe thank you! I probably run 3 times a week at least for 30 min, and when I say 'run' it's really a jog. I walk if I…

I didn't notice that! Too Funny! :) I'm 5'2" ish. I never thought 120 was possible, my original goal was 125 and lowest I had ever seen on the scale was 129.9lbs. You totally got this! Running and ExersiceTV, pushups and lunges. Everything that was 'free' and that I could do at home! put [ img] before the picture link and…

I hear ya sister! Here's to getting up and starting the day off right by running a good 7 miles while the sun is rising tomorrow! Night!
-
I'm going to go with the others and take the new weight and record it.
-
Victoria Secret Bathing suit and possibly a new tattoo after maintaining for a while.

I find that MFP overestimates calories burned on somethings and underestimates on others. I really depends on age, gender, weight, height, fitness level...ect A HRM would give you the best estimate.
-
Take it one day at a time, set small goals and reward yourself when you get there. (For example every 5lbs I'd do something for myself. Hair, new shoes..ect) If I can do it, You can do this!

AMEN, preach brother, preach! I've had quite a few people tell me that they think that I've become a 'fitness freak'. One mentioned that I should quit my job and become a trainer. HA! Anywho, I'm happier than I have been in years and don't feel like changing that anytime soon! Feel free to add me!

PS. I got some and have got up to a mile in them. My calfs were sore the first time, but since then great. I love wearing them. I wear them around the house, to workout DVDs, yardwork outside, walk the dogs, short runs...No complaints. :)
