Your workouts are looking good Meredith. I really like the notes you are taking about how you are feeling. You realize the need for off days and giving priority to sleep if you have been running low. What is a "body builder", in reference to some of your workouts?

Hi Tiffany, Thanks for being the guinea pig for this forum and making the first topic.
