Hello Everyone👋, I've been on MFP for years. Last June, I decided to focus on my health and overall well-being more seriously. I would love to find more friends on here. Seeing everyone's progress helps to keep me motivated and I hope to help motivate others too.

I missed the last two weigh in's but started this at 276 now down to 267 as of last Tuesday.

At my highest I was 284 that I know, I didnt weigh myself for a year so it could of been more. My goal is 180 -185, for my height (5'7) the charts say about 145. Which would mean I would still be over by 40 pounds. However for my body I know at 180 I wouldnt look to big or skinny just curvy :) Honestly when was the last…

I have my mini goals ten pounds at a time 2 more pounds till I reach my first goal :) I want to lose 100 pounds and keep it off so I have 10 mini goals so I dont feel overwhelmed. Its great to have people on here to keep us motivated we all have basically the same goals to get healthy and lose weight. Feel free to add me !

I've had a back problems since I was 14, when someone hit the truck I was in. For months after that I had horrible pain, had a few different pain killers I had to give up cheerleading. I have a 3 year old, I try to workout while he watches his favorite shows around 1pm or I workout at night. I have a stationary bike and elliptical I just bought zumba :)
