Im ahving the same porblem, only its been less than a month. I really need to get back on track, excersizing harder, and watching what I eat carefully again. I keep thinking about how happy I was the first week when my hard work paid off and I lost 4 pounds.

I lost 4 pounds my first week, 2 the second, but now I seem to be gaining weight :( Ive been working out everyday but doenst seem like Im working out intense enough to really build that much muscle. Im trying to get back on track today. My goal is 140 by march 26th and as of now i am 144ish. I need to keep up the pace!!

Is it too late to join? well, starting weight is 144, goal weight is 125-130. So I guess, 1 pound a week would get me there! which, actually, doesn't seem too bad, but i m going to shoot for sooner! lol

yeah i have the same thing but not as bad as caling in sick. Ive been eating pretty health and I feel horrible when I eat things like soda or fast food.

I have a similar goal! Im 5'6 and right now weigh a little less than 146. im looking to lose about 20 -25 pounds. I've lost about 4 of them so far. :) I hope to be 125-130 pounds

it depends on my cardio. If its eliptical its 200+, running 300+, walking, 150+ or around there. It depends on if its a day for me to do a hard workout or not. (I alternate)

Yeah thanks! :) but do I need that much as a net calorie intake or in general? becasue when I went away I had a net of 1200 vs before/ after when I had less net calories because of eating better and excersizing? Im still a bit confused

Can I join in??? My starting weight is 146 for today so that makes 20 %....29.2 lbs? I dont really want to lose that much so ill just go with 20- 25 pounds lol

Im around 5'6 ish and my goal weigh is 125. I started at 150 and once I get to 130-135 ish I'll see how much more needs to be done. Ultimatly, I would love to be 125.

Well, Im 5'6 and my starting weight is around 145-150 but I'm in high school so thats why my goal is to lose around 20 pounds so I can be 125-130 pounds. Just being on this site is making me really excited to keep going but worried I wont be able to be as strong at weight loss then all these other people on here who I am…

Thanks everyone! and yeah i know its easier to lose weight when your younger, and Im pretty much very young but its just really hard for me to keep my will power going but hopefully Im finally ready to make better choices and change my lifestyle :D
