well its the concept....its really intense moves for 20 seconds with a 10 second break for 8 rounds of that move. Then after that 8 rounds we did it with a different move. Its called tabata haha Idk

I love the 30 day shred! i started on the first of march but its my second time doing it. I completed it in december and I think I lost like 3 pounds but I could really see a difference in my body!! good luck!

Im 5'6 ad currently 136 my goal is under 130 and eventually I want to be 125 maybe a little below If possible it depends when I get there :)

I am allergic to a lot of foods (all nuts, apples. peaches, cherries, any fruit that has a pit really) and I don't hate the smell of them, sometimes I get worried when I smell peanut butter though. I have heard some people see results in as little as 4 days..that didn't happen for me..I didn't think I had any results until I took my after picture and I was amazed. So I don't actually know when I saw results because I wasn't looking for them, you'll know when it happens though :)

Don't worry there is so much that can cause your weight to fluctuate! Mine has gone up and down 5 pounds before so don't worry!

I am having the same problem. I am 10 pounds from my goal and its hard to control what I eat. I feel like I can so far and look so much better, but then I feel self conscious about the extra weight I still have to lose. I am growing weary of it all.

Mine is 125, but I am still in high school. I lost ten-ish pounds, and am around 135 right now.

On Christmas day I don't do much besides go to church and lounge around all day. I eat Christmas dinner with just my family. On Christmas eve, however, I will probobly not log because that is when I go to a family party and eat lots of food and such. Happy Christmas:)

I am really starting to see a difference in my body. Especially in my arms! I can see and feel a difference when I do the shred. I LOVELOVELOVE the walking push ups. They are so fun and yet still challenging!

My goal is 135, I"m at 139 right now. If I can reach it I will be SO HAPPY. My ultimate goal is 125 ish.

My weight this week is 139:) even more importantly, today I had timed trials to see who will run for varsity in track. I ran the 50 yard dash for the first time(usually i run hurdles, but Im not very good) and got picked to run for varsity!!!I am positive the shred has helped!

Day 4 level 2 done! I always do 30ds right after track..and that is an accomplishment in its self. We work out really hard for about an hour (or more if I hurdle that day) and then do either a set of abs or go to the weight room. For some reason right now I want to keep working out so I am going to do the shred again! :)

I was out of my house for a day so I couldn't do the shred on saturday :/ I'm a day behind but I wanna catch back up... maybe I'll just do 9 days of level one? hm.. I wanna finish on Christmas! I think I might do that bc level one is getting too easy anyways :laugh:
