SW 123 CW 121.5 GW 115 Down another half pound. My weight is still fluctuating -- hey but at least it is bouncing in a downward trend. I think our goals are do-able by January 1st. CW 122.5 My weight has been bouncing around back and forth between 122-123 for a month now. That is okay -- not so worried about the scale, I'm losing inches which shows progress. My blood sugar is now normal all the time and my triglycerides are low normal too. Stay strong everyone!!

I haven't experienced any skin changes, but I've only been doing Keto since late July. Maybe you have a food intolerance to something you are eating?
