HA! Your secret menu item is weaksauce, McDonalds! THIS is a secret menu: http://innoutsecretmenu.net/ Welcome to California! (Seriously! You should visit CA just for hamburgers! Okay, okay AZ, UT, TX, and NV had a few locations now, but not like CA - it's a tradition) Mustard Grilled Patty: Hellz yes! Bread is for noobs -…

I'm happy to hear that you know everything about medicine and nutrition and are an expert in all things pertaining to your needs. So, my question is why do you have questions? Anyway, welcome to defeating the purpose of logging when you only write down the good things on the good days and stop when it goes bad. And as…

Whews! Because I was like, oh noez! What have I done? I just really and truly don't like that peanut butter (even when you stir it very carefully!)

Maybe there are allergens in your home environments that irritate you? Perhaps in rugs or carpets or upholstery that gets stirred up and bothers you? On a smooth surface machine, it may not be an issue, and as there aren't any carpets and plush surfaces in a gym, it'd be a non issue there. I'm a bit allergic to my cat. If…

Umm, excuse me *clears throat* ahem, pardon me . . . OMG NOT THE PEANUT BUTTER! Have you ever tasted all natural, no sugar added peanut butter? It's straight up nasty. It's oily, gross, thick, horribad paste. It's like someone already chewed my perfectly decent jar peanuts, spit them back in the jar, and said, 'here ya go,…

Me too! *takes Prof. Snape and goes home*

What helps with my will power is that I let myself literally eat anything I want, and I don't make myself eat anything because I 'should'. Anything I crave, I make room for it, and then I am less likely to have a serious problem. Although I have eaten over my calories sometimes, I usually make it up with more exercise or…

Everyone's body is different. Don't be discouraged. I've been tracking my pattern carefully since joining MFP and so far, I appear to only have two weight loss weeks per month, the week I ovulate, and the week of my period. That's it. Everything is uppy-downy depending on my sodium intake and if my digestive system is…

Tuna packed in water, not oil. Drained, mixed in a bowl with French's mustard and a diced egg. One can prepared like this makes two sandwiches. NO MAYO! I bet it would be amazing with the horseradish though. I need it try that, man, I totally love horseradish.

I feel completely exhausted during my period, but some light activity helps the awful lower back cramps that I get. So, yes I do.

Waist at navel, hips at fullest part, bust at fullest part Apple or V shape (triangle downward): Apple shaped women have broad(er) shoulders compared to their (narrower) hips. Apple shaped women tend to have slim legs/thighs, while the abdomen and chest look larger compared to the rest of the body. Fat is mainly…

Nothing on this forum is going to replace medical care or a doctor's advice, but I'm with the other poster that mentioned anxiety. I had an anxiety attack before that lasted for like an hour and a half. My chest was tight and heart was beating so hard I could see it move my bra under my shirt. It was horrible and there was…

If you want to shed water weight, drink more water. 'Water pills' will only further dehydrate you and part of your weight gain is probably from sodium. You will not lose fat with water pills. Also: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DQMfMiZDhV4 <-- 3 minute segment on water pills

Anything with pimentos is ruined and smelling the cooking of anything with pimentos nauseates me. Any of those slimy mayo salads - cole slaw, macaroni, potato, pasta, whatever, oh god I hate mayo. Mustard please! no mayo!

Nope, not cheating! I'm set to lightly active due to my job and light weekly exercise goal, so I usually do not eat back my light exercise activity. But you certainly CAN and if I did heavy exercise that really burned calories (outside my normal weekly range) I would definitely eat back some of the calories to fuel my body…

My sister teaches me about wine. The funny thing is, I usually end up liking a wine I pick 'taking a chance on' or that got recommended to me at BevMo more than a wine she was like, 'omg! you have to try this one!' But, that's okay, I'm still learning. I enjoy red wine more than most white wines because I like the deeper…

^This That way when you get home you can eat all of what you have, but you won't have that much. However, if it's a true addiction . . . When I quit smoking, I told myself "I can have a cigarette if I want to," but I stopped buying cigarettes. The first two weeks of quitting, I had dreams of smoking, and I would wake up…

I work at a High School and I see the same drama that existed when I was a teen. I see the same angst. The same attitudes. The same everything. What's changed? The way they talk (totally no concept of time and place for conversation content and profanity), dress style changes every generation, the increase of serious drug…

I log everything I eat and drink. (Although sometimes I'll eat an almond or peanut and not log it right away, I usually account for it later.) And I try to pre-plan my meals so it's not all tedious and time consuming to find everything in the database and sort it out. I log all of my on purpose exercise because I have a…

Yeah, if you're doctor is saying you need 900 calories a day that needs to be a medically supervised plan--not something you do by yourself. And you'll need regular check ins and blood work to make sure you're not damaging yourself. This site can help you track your calories and your exercise, with great supportive people…

Hmmm, I don't want it sound like a bunch of excuses, but I guess it's going to. First, it was comfort eating, and I was always about 25-30 lbs overweight as a teen. Then it was depression after my mom died and my family life turned upside down. Then it was PCOS going out of control when I stopped birth control pills…

Wow, I love Nori soooo much! Seaweed sheets, sushi rolls, seaweed rice crackers, seaweed peanuts, anything with Nori is yum!

I think this thread is a troll, so that people can get annoyed, say something wrong and get tattled on by the OP and other posters.

Wow that's terrible that she dresses you so you LOOK bigger! Is there anyone you can report her to?

I had part of a strawberry Cisco while partying in college for Cinco de Mayo. That is seriously the nastiest alcohol in the world. No one in their right mind is going to buy or drink it on their own unless you're already at the club or in a party situation and someone presses it into your hand. My poison that night was…

Nothing against what you've done OP, but here's my view, and I'm bias. I think it's your fight or flight instinct kicking in. Overly intense situations can make you cry, puke, or get angry. If you are working out so hard that you are getting rage or bursting into tears, you're working out too hard. You're not kicking…

If I only weighed myself once a week, and the day I weighed the following week was after a bloat spike, I would be really disappointed. LIke awwwww, I waited a whole week for this and all I got was a lot of nothing! I weigh everyday because I like to track the variance and reflect on whether I'm being affected by hormones…

Remember the Chapter in I, Robot called Escape! and the 'Brain" built a ship can could travel a parsec, and Powell and Donovan, as a practical joke by the super computer, got trapped on the spaceship with nothing to eat but Beans and Milk? Anyone? Just me? (I love that book, anyway . . . the MythBusters make me think of…

Well, I have PCOS, soooo all I can do is tell you what I do that keeps my period regular off birth control. Metforim morning/night helps women with PCOS ovulate, and I also take one vitex supplement daily to help with keeping my cycle regular. It's the first time since I was a young teen, that I've regularly had a period…

^THIS I have been asked by co-workers what I did to drop weight because I lost a lot of weight, and currently have 55 lbs of it off and aside from the BCPs which helped balance my PCOS hormones, which I mention, I tell them: I lowered my carbs, increased my protein and 'I work out!' (in the LMFAO song voice) Answer: 'Oh .…
