I've been playing around with my daily calorie goal all day, thinking of increasing it, but I still have a bit to lose before Christmas, but reading this, I will go up to 1400 per day. I think I read somewhere that you basically need to eat something with a high protein content right after you've been active and that should curb the hunger... Not quite sure about it though and I don't, unfortunately, remember what thread I read this in... I'm the same, btw, only that I'm still trying to lose!

A lack of magnesium can also lead to cramping. I found that when either taking one tablet in the morning or, if you find effervescent ones, putting that in your water bottle while exercising, helps a lot.
