I never finished the C25K programme, but got to week 7 or so (not that that matters here...) Anyway, if you worry that the next week could be too much for you, just repeat the last day. I think I did that after week 5 or so, just to build up my confidence and it did help. Good luck with it!

I don't like yoghurt. Never have, never will. When I went to Greece a couple of years back a friend urged me to try Greek yoghurt. I was reluctant, but the richer texture (and a couple of teaspoons of honey) convinced me. Now, I have Greek yoghurt all the time - even without honey! ;)

Hi Nikkia, It may be that you have been restricting your calories too much when you first started out and that you are now trying to make up for it? Also, and I admit that I haven't checked your diary, maybe you've also restricted your foods too much? When I first started out I wouldn't eat anything that was 'bad' for me,…

I just get enough money to live on - the taxpayers should help fund my diet.' I am furious that my tax money pays for her…

This week I've already done 30 and by the time I'm home tonight it will be 40 miles... So, considering the weather is supposed to stay ok for the rest of this week and most of next, I guess I should be able…

Somebody said it before, but 'The Book Thief' 'A Thousand Splendid Suns' is amazing as well, not an easy read because of the topic, but extremely well written. I also enjoyed 'The Lady of the Rivers' by Philippa Gregory.
