I admire your discipline! I'm not vegan but we eat vegetarian meals several times a week and I have tried to cut red meat out of our diet. Lets see...I know that Fred Myers has a great health food section with vegan/vegetarian options and soy meat substitutes. These aren't breakfast but there are SO GOOD! Two of my…

I have his Ultimate Tae Bo and I found it at TJ MAXX for 2.99 :) has a bonus turbo charged workout too.

I just finished JM 30 Day Shred for the month of March and lost 11 lbs...I did it faithfully 30 days straight (sans 2 sick days which I added to the end of the month) so I did 10 days on level 1--10 days on level 2--and 10 days on level 3. I didn't take before pics (stupid me!) or measurements...but I went from a loose…

Thats awesome! I just finished the 30 DS last week! 11 lbs lighter :) I have wanted to try P90 but have not wanted to spend the $$...maybe its time to bite the bullet.

You look AWESOME!

My thoughts exactly ;)

To be honest I'd end up going to sleep but I don't know if thats the "right" answer. Make a smoothie!

You know I think quality is important but so is the # of cals. I find it hard too, to always reach my cal goal...sometimes I feel like I really have to force feed myself to eat back exercise calories...and at 208 lbs you would think 1500 cals would be easy peasy but on the days I really strive to make those healthy choices…

Cut your potatoes into quarters...toss all of it together with a drizzle of olive oil (about a TBSP or so) season with some sea salt, pepper, and anything you fancy...I like italian seasonings like basil, oregano, some garlic powder...keep it simple...cook in a preheated oven maybe 400 degrees until potatoes are tender and…

I googled this diet a lot out of sheer curiousity. I don't really believe in quick fixes...but yes, HCG is the hormone tested in women to see if they are pregnant. And it is an approved fertility treatment. It has not been approved by the FDA as a dietary supplement or weight loss supplement and from what I've read, seems…

OoOooo...***salivating*** I would like a recipe for this too...sounds so yummy!

Ah...well best of luck to you. If you need anyone to talk to, feel free :)

You can tell me its none of my business but can I ask, why 700 cals? I was looking at your food diary and you're really hardly eating...I have a bad habit of not always eating back my exercise cals which I know is bad enough but I always try to hit 1200 cals regardless...I've heard going any lower than that is more…
-
700 cals is quite low. I aim for 25 grams and if I am having a hard time hitting it I grab a fiber one bar :) Also Kashi cereals and Nature's Path organic cereals are high in fiber and protein.

YOU CAN DO IT! Its tough but it really is mind over matter...I started this workout on the 1st of the Month...I was at about 220 lbs. I have done it faithfully every day sans two days that I had a cold...10 days on level 1...10 days on level 2...and as of April 1st I will have workout out 10 days on level 3. I weighed in…

Yes definately. To be honest I haven't had to battle hunger at all...if anything I have to push myself to add a snack or get creative so I don't eat too little! :) Its a nice feeling really...I also find it funny that the healthier the choices I make, the more I can eat in volume. I could eat a days calories in junk and…

Don't force feed yourself and don't fret over a low day once in awhile but also don't make it habit. Like everyone else said, add higher calorie foods that are nutrient rich...any nut butter (peanut, almond, hazelnut etc) any nuts in general, avacados, bananas, etc...

Great quote! :)

There's no Trader Joe's here but there's one where my dad lives! Gonna make him send me some! :) ty!

I have no idea...blood pressure perhaps? I would honestly maybe call your doc or a local clinic and ask to speak to a nurse...just see what they say.

I don't have an answer but I empathize...I deliver papers early in the a.m. around 3ish...and I feel hungry! But I like to weigh myself in the mornings before breakfast so I try not eat during my deliveries...GOOD QUESTION!

I love laughing cow cheese too! I replace cream cheese with it and eat on mini bagels and crackers...mmm.

Honestly your overall diet there looks decent TO ME. I'm not a doc or a professional. I have high sodium days a couple times a week and I try not to worry too much about it. When it comes to sugar, as long as its not processed I wouldn't worry too much about that either. To scale down the sodium, like everyone else has…
-
You will be suprised the less processed over salted foods you eat the better everything else tastes. You can't have a narrow mind about food if you want to be and stay fit...swap things like white bread for whole grains...white rice for brown...easy trade offs. IMO sweeten things with honey or agave and stay away from…

No more than 5 bucks! Wowzer!

I treat myself each morning to good 'ol regular coffeemate creamer...no nonfat no sugar free lol. Its my one cup of joy a day! But I also enjoy coffee and tea with vanilla soymilk and/or stevia in the raw packets :) (1 packet is plenty sweet)

I actually just wanted to say I LOVE THE QUOTE IN YOUR SIG!

ty! My mom was adopted so I dunno about her genetics...but I try to steer clear of addictive substances...unfortunately I think my drug of choice is food!
