No, only one! That is what sucks. Not only is the weight loss "healthy" and supposedly sustainable, but it doesn't really register on the scale for weeks and weeks, with water weight and loss.

Instead of all that Cardio try putting in 2 days of Weight Training. It has really helped me tone my body up. I take classes. I don't think I could push myself without them. Just sharing what has worked for me. And the Zumba....so fun. I love that!
