I use quotes to motivate me. Finding new quotes to uplift my spirits is a weird hobby of mine. I always have a quote on the background of my computer, on my calendar, on sticky notes EVERYWHERE. The sticky note motivations are KEY. :)

I think you should consider sneaking small snacks around the job. I work in a chemical lab where no food or drink is allowed and we aren't given designated breaks for food. Most likely cause: vitamin deficiency. Stop eating food = no vitamins/lack of vitamin adsorption. No vitamins = body refuses to function as usual. EDIT: Take care of yourself, OP. You only have one body.
