I have been doing Keto since early September and have almost 60 pounds so far. I have always had a problem being overweight all my life, so this way of eating is a new thing for me. It is going well, I am never hungry anymore and have so much energy now! I feel I can do this and my mind set is right where it should…

I have been dieting/exercising since August 10th and I have given up: Soda Sugar White Bread That is it, but I also control all my portions now and I am not a couch potato anymore...I do Water Aerobics and Pilates every other day and also walk 3 miles a night. I love my new lifestyle and I look forward to what I look like…
