Look, the first thing I would say is talk to a profetional! Some of the answers posted here are just dumb (Throwing up??? Really??). Those who have mentioned your hydration are right on...lower your salt intake and increase your h2o and keep at it. It sounds like you are doing great!:happy:

I think you should not stop. I think it may be time to change direction. When I reach my goal (which is coincidentally 175 lbs), my plan is to begin building shaping sculpting a stronger body. I think it is one thing to lose weight. I think we could all stand to continue to improve our health:happy:

On Jan 3rd I was 265 puonds. Today I'm 214! I have heard the best thing to do is to fast for twenty four hours 1 day a month. Im sure more than that would not be healthy. If you don't get at least 1200 calories per day your body will go into starvation mode and it won't burn calories it will hold on to them. Good luck:wink:
