i think you're getting instead all the nutrition you need if you eat more you'll not loose if you feel like eating eat proteins or a couple of fruits no peanut butter as many suggested or ice cream is pointless

Yes first rule the cheat day allow only one meal like lunch or dinner then you have to fix a calories limit cause otherwise you throw all your effort !!! Ex. If you workout 4/5 days per week you can swallow also 2500-300 calories totally in the day but be sure to make cardio the day after to absorb this big shot !

To run or walk at a good pace will help but also yoga cause it stretches very much the muscles giving a shape of long ones, i would suggest cause i tried on me and it works.
