I listen to music....it helps me not to think about fatigue or when i really feel in shape how much is beautiful to be admired while running.

Eating well, diet let'say mostly diet then any exercise is good, basically crunches, side plank, flutter kicks, sit ups.

I need a personal trainer as well, if you're very sore i don't think more than 3 per week plus an active recovery day!

You have to raise the workout time slowly but steady...like if you run for 30 min do 2-3 week 35 min and then you raise again, for example 40 min. Is a good time of cardio and it develops strenght as well, the interval training maybe is the one you wish to try that's running, walking for ex 1' and sprints.
