When I started running I used a simple couch to 5k app. Work your way from there. My mile in the beginning took 17 minutes. I am now at 10 minute miles. This took months along with strength training.

I personally think 1400 is enough. I started at 225 and the only way I ate more was if I did some intense calorie burning and I still stayed as close as possible to the 1400.

There is nothing on my "No" list. It's a lifestyle change and I'm going to eat everything in moderation for life lol. If I eat bad then that means I work harder in the gym or run more miles.

I did sprints. I knew I couldn't run the entire time so I would walk then run as fast as I could until I was out of breath.
