Hi everyone! i am training for a half marathon this October. I'm nervous but hopeful i can lose weight as well. any tips or suggestions would be great!! This is my first marathon and have only done 5K's before this. Thanks!

H, I'm using the Runners world july issue, it has a lot of good info also i have a app i got on itunes that is pretty helpful as well! My marathon is in October so i'd love to chat and have someone to talk to as well about it! : )

totally! i'm a school counselor at a 1-5, 700 students! definitely stressful and it is hard to fit in exercise. I started the 30 day shred with Jillian Michael's, it's helpful since it's only 30 min! Totally understand how hard it is to fit everything in though!!

HI there! i have been really curious about Shakeology! it seems like its super expensive! has anyone lost some weight with it? Seems like a great product, i haven't wanted to spend the money unless it really helps!

Hi! i have only done a small tri-athlon about 5 years ago now, i would love to finish a half either this year or next. Any ideas on how to start?
