1/2 cup of rice, broccoli or whatever veg to have around, paired with half a can of tuna and teriyaki sauce. Under 300 calories and high in protein, I like to add some black beans for the fiber.

did you grow up and learn to actually enjoy the taste of coffee? When I was a teenager and worked there I despised people like that, then complained that the coffee was cold, wanted to ask if they would prefer a milkshake.

Well when the cheapest to calorie ration foods out there are McDonalds and junk food, it's no wonder why. We keep subsidizing bad food, we can't be surprised when people with low incomes become fat.

My range is 1340 eating 3 square meals is about enough to go over, when I exercise I become ravenous, I work out for about 2-3 hours. Come home and usually eat an extra 300 calories of stuff and go to bed, mfp adds it up to give me more calories to consume. I still usually am under, so I don't see the big deal. Yes I eat…

Yeah I find even pants that use the inches as a measurement not to be reliable either, I can range from 27-32. It's honestly frustrating

I sometimes make fritters with them. I soak some chickpeas or buy a can (depending on laziness) mash them up, you can add some flour (gluten free flour if you wish) as a binding agent an egg and from there get creative I sometimes make curried fritters, or apple fritters with sugar and cinnamon. Let's talk about when they finally decided to make bras in DD + in colours other than white and beige. I've been thin my whole life and cursed with these huge monstrosities, and being able to wear a fashionable bra for the first time made me so happy.

A quarter of an extra large pizza by my house only clocks in at 250-300 calories...there are worse things.

If you're looking for a "sesame" chicken recipe without sesame oil you're going to have a bad time Don't make the recipe if you aren't interested in making the recipe, if you want make fried chicken and sprinkle sesame seeds on it if you want to feel vaguely foreign about it.

My normal no real exercising recommended calorie intake is 1300-1400 to stay the same weight I am now. Even with 2-3hours of cardio my recommended calorie intake is 1800-2000. People really need to understand what age, weight, height, and sex has to do with metabolism.

I'm at 125lbs with 36DDs, I'm tired of having to double sports bra myself, but it seems the boobs are here to stay.
