I use gloves...I was using a pair of old cycling gloves but recently switched to lifting gloves. Ironically the lifting gloves have more padding and I find I now have to reset my grip after each dead. I probably would prefer to go without but I like keeping my hands callous free. :P

<--I eats all the proteins and I woke up like this!!! Protein is protein. Should only one gender eat chicken or eggs? I use Now Sports whey protein isolate because it has nothing artificial. But that's my cup of tea. Usually you can buy single serve samples to test them out.

It takes 5 minutes to research and get the lowdown on a drug. As a woman, is isn't obsessive. Especially when dealing with your reproductive health. I agree that this question should have been asked prior. You can even google a list of questions to bring to the obgyn in regards to starting birth control.
