Big feet, but I'm small waisted so small shirts fit good except for the length, pants are too short unless in long, finding a man taller than me! Lol. And I don't consider tall anything over 5'2". More like over 5'7".

This. I do notice a difference in my running and overall energy levels when I eat better. And for all I know, it could simply be the placebo effect. I feel like I'm doing something better for my body so therefore I feel better. Either way, calorie deficit is the big key to weight loss.

I rub my muscles. I LOVE rubbing my muscles after I lift. Love it even harder when someone else is doing the rubbing for me.

I don't know....Walmart in my parts is getting on the organic bandwagon. There's more of a selection of organic and locally grown produce, some cereal, yogurt, etc. I even saw a gluten free area. There's still the dilemma of waiting in line forever....:grumble:

^ this. I only have sugar on my profile because I recently came back to mfp and its defaulted. I've been a little lazy on updating my profile. If anything, eat the fruit and forgo the candy, icecream, etc. or ignore the sugar all together and worry about the main 3 macros. I'm pretty sure I almost exceed the sugar limit…

I competitively swam in college for a D1 school. Yes, swimming burns a **** ton, but I recommend wearing the heart rate monitor, as most people swim at a lighter pace than they think.
