I agree about Insanity, but imo T25 is also hard on the knees. It's shorter, but also intense and there are many squats and lunges involved. OP, maybe you should go for a less lower focus programme like Trubofire/Turbojam or Les Mills Combat which are more kickbox oriented.

I lost 30 lbs without eating a single veggie - like you I'm very picky. And I even still have fast food, sometimes daily. You just have to make better choices and log everything that goes in you mouth. IMO it doesn't matter what you eat, as long as you're not going over your cals. For example, 2 slices of thin crust pizza…

Regarding the pain issue, everyone is different and every location is different. The one I have on my wrist really hurt (compared to the one on my shoulder for example), but I LOVE tattoo pain, it's the good kind. But that's just me lol

My goal used to be 138. And then it was 130. Now that I'm at 130, it's 120 and who knows what will hapen once I get there. It all depends on how you feel.

I smoke a pack a day, and honestly, I just love smoking. I do think about quiting though, mainly because of financial reasons and not becaue of my health (even though I have asthma - and don't start, I've heard it all), maybe it's because I'm still young. I don't see a problem with eating pizza, or any other fast food for that matter, every once in a while as long as it's within your calories. I eat pizza once a week probably, and I think that as long as you eat in moderation, you don't have to give anything up.

I think it's more about how much you have to lose rather than hight. For me it was around 10 lbs.

Completely normal. By the end of the month you might be able to keep up with the videos (maybe not with everything, but it'll be better than now), but then month 2 comes around and you feel like it's your first workout all over again.

Just finished my final Fit Test. Can't believe how fast these 63 days have gone by. Overall I'm happy with my results, wanted them to be a bit higher, but I'm proud of what I acheived. Wow. I really can't believe I finished.
