I've done both, and had great results with both. The intensity is pretty much the same, the main difference is that in Insanity you get breaks and in Insanity max 30 you don't, that's pretty much the reason the workouts are shorter. Personally I love them both and like to alternate between them.

In my case it's not jealosy, I'm not sure exactly what that is, but my sister had always been "the thin one", and now, when we're the same pant size she doesn't flat out says so, but she's not very happy about it, and clothes sharing for example would never happen. Sometimes people just can't be happy for you.
