I was always the girl who couldn't lose weight for anything!! Times have changed and I am so thankful for just simply sticking with it! That is truly all it takes! Stick with it, and you will see results!

It will be you next!! I remember back in the day just wondering how these people lost all this weight, and there I was...245 and miserable. But it's so simple (not easy per say)- diet and exercise. Stick to the MFP macros (as best as you can), allow yourself daily treats, throw in some exercise- and you're golden!!
