i really like 30day shred, for me its jus really boring to do the same thing for 30 days straight i have to switch it up, but as far as the workout goes i love it, ill keep it in rotation with the other workouts that i do

lol u ladies r hillarious!!! thanx for all the responses im going to go ahead and put on my shoes and do the damn thing, even if im throwing up afterwards! its gunna b difficult, im currently on day 4 of the 30 day shred and that workout is very intense for me! wish me luck :wink:
