I use it and *love* it! I decided to pause it or lay it down while I am working out so that I am not doubling up on my workout calories (double minus-ing is more like it). By the way, have you added any friends on Pacer? It seriously helps you get motivated when you see how many steps your friends have ahead of you. :-)…

Hey there AnnMarie, I actually am using 15lbs, I have two of them, do push ups, lunges, figure 8 etc. -- I love em and find 15lb to be perfect for me.
