i feel like if you wanna drink it is impossible to avoid having extra calories. But using low calorie or calorie free mixer really helps when drinking a mixed drink!

i used to be super into yoga, not so much nowadays but i'm trying to remember why i loved it so much in the first place so that it can be part of my life again!

i take a couple meds for bipolar disorder...i wouldn't say any of them alone helped me with binge eating, i think that came from my mood becoming more stable on them.

i just stated going back to the gym and so my goal is to go 5 days a week again and try out all the classes they have there because i enjoy doing them much more than working out on my own so I am hoping t lose 5lbs fairly quickly but i'd go for anything right about now!

I used to run outside only and that was it. But my gym membership has spoiled me and now it HAS to be the gym esp. because I like the classes esp. spinning.
