I would set a smaller goal like 20 pounds by a certain date. When you hit that goal make another goal until you reach 100 pounds lost. You can do it.

Do NOT give up. I feel like giving up sometimes too. You can do this. I would try drinking more water, getting enough fiber and try some kind of relaxation (yoga, meditation, deep breathing...) Relax you will start to see a change.

I love flax seed and flax meal. It goes great in everything. I usually add it to smoothies. It also makes a great replacement for eggs in baking. 1 TBS ground flax meal and 3 TBS water whipped up = 1 egg. No cholesterol and lots of fiber.

I'm 41. I find it hard to stay motivated to work out. In my 20's it was easy and I had more willpower. Together we can motivate each other to stay on track here. Add me if you'd like.

I overeat when I'm anxious and overwhelmed. Once I start I can't stop. I need to find a way to break the habbit.
