Here are a few breakfast ideas I usually have: 1. scrambled eggs- 1 whole egg, 2 whites 2. oatmeal with raw blueberries and 10 raw almonds 3. yogurt w/ 1/2 cup fiber one ceral stirred in 4. light string cheese, banana 5. hardboiled egg 6. 1/2 c. cottage cheese topped w/ fresh fruit or sunflower seeds

I never tried it but I read an article that suggessted putting coco in vanilla yogurt to handle chocolate cravings.

HFCS is in EVERYTHING!!!!!!!!!!! I try to avoid it as much as possible.

It's a workout DVD. Google it when you're on-line.

I don't really have an answer for you but, when I workout it seems like I gain weight too. It is frustrating.

I don't log gum, ketchup, mustard, altoids. That's about it.

oatmeal with fresh blueberries and a few walnuts sprinkled in....my favorite. It keeps me full too. But for cereal Frosted Miniwheats is my fav!
