I only have one a day since it's not that good for you. I can't do without one at all. But you should totally try to limit the amount you are taking in. The sodium will effect you as well. Make sure you are drinking enough water throughout the day. I have found if I'm not peeing like a pregnant lady then I'm not losing…

I just did level one this morning.. so we are all saying about 180-200 calories for level one? I'm a bigger gal. 239. But I want to put something down on my exercise. So I would be safe with 180 for 20 mins?
