You've got to remember that all you may have done is maintained, you havnt actually gained weight, yes if you did that 4 times a week you might gain but no your fine

I use low fat substitutes that are still just as good, such as goats cheese, or jarlsberg cheese, low fat mozzerellav and cheddar a too, you can have like 3 times as much cheese for the same calories I also dot the pizza with blobs of low fat cream cheese and make sure the base is very thin mmmmmmm

I lost around 20lb in 3 months, for the first month or so I stook to eating 1200 calories and eating back half excersize calories, then for about 5 weeks I ate around 1000, but didn't eat back the calories from excersize (not in anyway healthy!) Some people started to notice at around 10-15lb weight loss, and lots of people noticed at 30lb weight loss. I think I lost around 3 or 4lb in the first few weeks of my weight loss then it started to balance out at around 1-2 a week

I took the opportunity of going on holiday, I ate pretty much what I wanted and after two weeks I had gained, according to the scales 9lb although most of it was water weight and 2 weeks later I'm back to my pre holiday weight.
