Eat a piece of fruit like an apple, pear , or an orange.... drink some water.... wait like 20 min... then continue with your normal meal... and drink water in between too I do this, and I usually find myself eating less than what I originally would've ate..

You ate less than 1000 calories. For lunch you ate like one piece of bread and tomato slices. I would increase the breakfast and lunch and add one more snack in the day. That would bump you up to your 1600 rec calories. If you are a small girl and dont get too hungry add calorie densed foods..... like nuts and avocado…

Same here. I want to go out but no one to go out with. Alot of my "friends" are only my friends because we've known each other from childhood not because we actually have something in common.

More confident, talk to people alot more now. For example the cashier at the store, the bank teller, the waitress. Sometimes I think it makes thier day.

I actually understand what you are going through and what you are feeling. I feel like I missedmy chance too. Even though Im only 27, I feel like its never going to happen to me ( love life, marriage etc)
