whatever you do naturally is your answer..I love running..I got a good pair of Brooks and when i started running with these underdeveloped shoes my natural strike was somewhere in the middle..so ,make sure you have the right shoes

wow...so many issues here. CARB UP FOR LIFE...HEY...I DID ALL THAT KETO CRAP AND IT IS THE UNHEALTHIEST BUNCH OF CRAP EVER DEVISED...I also love and enjoy IF..you gotta know how to do it however,,,,16 hour fast window and 8 hour eating for starters then the body adapts quickly so play with the windows!! eat lots of sugar!!…

not for everyone...but if you liked the bodyweight movements and high intensity training..you will love it...I got in shape by powerlifting...zero cardio

no carb loading just eating a ton always..it burns away fat....just watch the chemical protein and fat products!
