Do you have a hot yoga or Bikram yoga studio near you? Thisis the healthiest way to loose weight and reshape your body. It is great for the body, mind, and soul. If you weigh 250 pounds and you do a 90 minute class you will burn aproximatly 1700 calories. It is hard at first but you feel so good after. :love:

I have a problem. I don't eat meat and love the carbs. Any suggestions for food that is high protein? Any suggestions how to cut the carbs?:

Find a hot yoga class. The heat will help you detox the body and heal the shin spintz. Not to mention you may sweat off those 3.4 pounds you just gained. :smile:
