I run on a running/bike trail that has no street lights so I ended up buying a headlamp that is made by Coleman, it is mostly used for campers, but it ss lightweight and very bright! If your vacation plans are focused on running events (half & full marathons) when your running shoes cost double or triple the amount of your wear-everyday shoes and you shake your head when try to explain to non-runners why, they just don't understand!

Currently I’m running about 20 to 25 miles a week. I’ve recently increased the number of days I run from 3 to 4 days a week. My goal is to run 3 to 5 miles per run (on weekdays), with a long slow run on the weekend of 6 to 10 miles. Another goal for me is to cross training on the days I don’t run. I bought a juicer and I use it on a regular basis. I'm not sure I would go ALL juice and no solids for an extended period of time. Doing mini-fasts seems reasonable.
