I don't have any resources. I don't have a car or a license so I can't go to a gym and I can't go running because I'll get hit by a car. That's the problem.

Eh, don't worry about it. One splurge does not an elephant make. ;) Stressing out about it is probably worse for your health than the donuts were, so relax, enjoy the donuts, and go back to your program tomorrow.

I wonder what it is about this winter in particular? I have NEVER had asthma problems like this before. It got to the point where I had to be put on Advair along with my singulair and rescue inhaler. So frustrating.
