  • This week my husband and I were on a big calorie deficit (always hungry). We have steadily been increasing our activity and we finally adjusted our activity level on MFP to reflect this and it added a few more daily calories. The exhaustion is better now.   • Breaking it up in 5 miles 5 days a week. I'm at 18 miles for the month so far.
  • Currently walking. On the days I can't walk, I try to get in yoga and time on the elliptical. As for snacking, I like the almonds too. Hummus with carrots sticks. Skinny cow ice cream is not too bad for the sweet tooth.
  • Hi everyone! I just joined this group. I've been using MFP for about 25 days. Today I am at 173 with a goal of 168 by 9/30. I joined a 100 mile walking challenge on Endomondo for September. Between the two challenges, I'm hoping for success!
