You should be in a calorie surplus whenever you want to gain strength or muscle mass - you need to be eating to grow now. Start with 400 over TDEE on training days and try to aim for 1g of protein per pound of bodyweight. Good luck

Calorie deficit = weight loss. Calorie surplus = weight gain. Quite simple really. What does your diet look like at the moment?

Hey buddy, You might get a better response over at one of the steroid forums - a lot of men over the age of 30 have had great results from therapeutic doses of testosterone, coupled with a good diet plan.
