1. If you had to pick the four pillars of a healthy lifestyle, what would they be? Eat a balanced diet, exercise, socialising, for mental health we need to sleep for 7-8 hours 2. Do you think certain foods are addictive? Yes, to certain people. I know that I can become really addicted to processed food, I believe the…

I usually exercise around 4-5 pm. And I guess I do eat alot of processed foods after such as crisps or Kraft peanut butter. I usually think " hmmm I burned 400 calories so I can eat what ever for 300calories" but then as soon as I have some sort of delicious flavour in my mouth I go overboard... Then follow up saying…

I'm about 62kg and 165cm. I'm trying to stick to 1200 and honestly its not physical hunger that trips me but mental cravings! I find it easier to stick to my calorie limit when i dont exercise but when i do exercise and burn 300 (which is not even alot) i eat up to 2000 calories a day easily. i want to lose about 8kg/…

To me a snack is something low-cal (100-150) that you eat between meals and keeps you going, either it be a granola bar , rice crackers or peanut butter. A treat can be something more caloric (300-450) like a custard tart or tim tams which you will only eat 1-2 times a week.

I bought a whole lot about 1-2 months ago but I don't follow the plan ( and didnt intend to ) . I take them about 3 -4 times a week and only to replace lunch. It's basically a low cal snack, most of them won't have fat burning properties in itself. Ofcourse if u only have the shakes as ur predominant calorie intake your…
