I would change it to 'lightly active' because now that you're walking a lot more, it'll probably give you a more accurate amount of calories that you should be eating. Also, this is really off-topic but how do you like DC? I was thinking of going to Howard for grad school next year.

I would try to eat anything that doesn't look buttery or greasy. They usually have salad and fruit bars. Other things they'll probably have there that aren't too bad for you: brown rice, steamed dumplings, spring rolls, mixed vegetables, chicken and brocolli, shrimp.
