I get free food at work as well, you just need some self control and avoid all the unhealthy food/snacks and you're good :)

When I started it took about 3 weeks before the water weight went away, and I've continued to drop since then, but from what I've gathered this is very individual.

I get my food for free at work, so I always have my biggest meal for lunch, it's working out pretty good so far!

Ever since i started working out etc I have been out drinking with my friends about once a week on average. The days I go out drinking I just try to eat a little less than I would on normal days, to compensate for this. From my experience, nobody there cares about anyone except themselves/their gym buddies (This goes for most people anyway!)

Lunch for sure! Get free food at work every day, so always making my lunch the biggest meal of the day, also means I can just go and pick it up instead of cooking :)

Eventually it becomes a habit, so in the end I don't think too much about it :)

Every day i'm at the gym, just cos i'm curious. But I do track/write down my weight weekly, which I do at the same time/day every week.
