It tastes nothing like peanut at all. The only walden products I like is the syrups and the choc spread, both of which i use to add flavour to my oatmeal ^.^

Indeed, nobody really cares about other than themselves/their workout partners in the gym. And now that i'm in somewhat decent shape, and notice an obese person in the gym i just think to myself "they're trying to do something about their weight, good for them" i'm sure i'm not the only one.

I drink 1-3 cans of it every day, and I have gone long periods of not drinking any. Didn't notice any difference, nor does it seem to have any effects on weight loss
-
This is normal, don't worry too much about it :)

3 meals a day on the weekdays - Breakfast 200-250 calories, lunch 600-900 calories, dinner 3--600 calories. Random snacks through the day, 1-400 calories. Weekends seems to be a bit more random!

Pretty much! Which is why i'm still sticking to a daily calorie deficit during the week while working out. i do however allow myself extra treats in the weekends, so overall i'm essentially on maintenance, which i've been for about 4 months now with good results showing already :)

You can eat as healthy as you want, but if you still go over on calories you wont lose anything..

You can eat as healthy as possible, but if you still get too many calories you wont lose weight
-
I do this, but that's mainly cos i'm really lazy when it comes to cooking :p Doesn't really make any difference for me though when it comes to cravings for other food

2 slices of bread with chicken, 5 egg-white scrambled eggs, about 220 calories.
-
Oatmeal, eggs, chicken, tuna, apples

I did actually do that, and it didn't really change much from when i drank it. Didn't have any cravings at all, nor did i miss it.. but only drinking water for the rest of your life gets pretty boring doesn't it? It's not like i drink a massive amount, just a can every day for lunch, a little bit more during the weekend…

Ive been drinking a lot of diet soda for as long as i can remember, doesnt seem to affect me at all
-
I usually take in at least 100g for my lunch every day, not having any issues with that so far!
-
I can happily eat the same things every day, and i usually do too, just cause im too lazy to think of things to cook!
