Since i started lifting I have actually gained 4 lbs. However, my arms/legs are much more toned now, and i've lost inches around my waist, so to me, what the scale says doesn't matter too much anymore. You should start measuring to see if there's any changes that way.

If this is the case with me, i usually either get a protein/cereal/chocolate bar or some icecream! Getting a treat at the end of the day is always lovely

Same thing happened to me recently as well. 8 lbs gain in about 4 days time. What seemed to solve it for me was eating a lot of fibre/carbs and at the same time drinking a lot of water. This did put me over my calorie goal for a few days, but it seems to have worked, and im now back on track again heading where I was…

Those stats are about the same as mine, and i usually eat a small breakfast around 7am, about 200-250 calories. A snack around 10am, usually 60-70 calories of fruits etc. Then a big lunch at 12 of anything from 7-1000 calories. Which leaves me 4-600 left for dinner/home snacks depending if i work out that day or not. This…

Actually had oatmeal for the first time today, topped it with cinnamon and some chocolate syrup. It was pretty awesome, and only around 220 calories :)

My roommate started hitting the gym, figured if he could do it then so could i!

Nothing bad about ben & jerry's! :) You just need some self control

Taco burgers with champignon mushrooms, cucumber and lettuce. Topped with jalapenos, onions, cheddar cheese and thousand island dressing! Entire meal coming out to about 730 calories

A day for me is from when I wake up to when I go to bed. So anything i eat/drink between that gets logged for that day, even if I should happen to eat anything past midnight.

Even though i do weight myself every day just to keep tabs on it, I only record it on here once a week, at the same time every week, no matter what it says
-
Generally make my breakfast as light as possible, then have quite a big lunch around noon, before having a medium dinner + shake around 9pm
-
I use the unsweeted almond milk with my shakes, as its pretty low cal. I think the normal almond milk tastes way better than regular milk though, so i'd choose that any day!
-
Not to offend you/anyone else, but isn't eating too much the reason you are here in the first place? Surely getting enough shouldn't be that big of a deal?

sc2!
-
Why?
-
small breakfast, big lunch (biggest meal of the day!) and a medium sized dinner, works out pretty well!
-
Unsweetened almond milk, whatever flavour i have of muller light youghurt and strawberries, usually add in some xanthan gum as well to make it thicker.
-
Every day!
-
carrots mixed with vanilla/chocolate youghurt!

Look for something that seems similar, then add some calories on top of that

This! ^ I look around at other people's diaries quite often, just to get food ideas and so on. That said, mine is open, and I don't really care what people think about the food I eat as long as it works for me :)
-
Staying within my calorie goal. Usually eat/drink whatever I feel like as long as i'm below my goal, seems to work out fine so far!
-
7.5 inches in 1 week? Sounds a bit much
-
stay on a minor calorie deficit and hit the weights!

Big into fantasy/sci fi tv shows, movies etc! Dr Who, Supernatural, Vampire diaries are among the favourites! Love Game of Thrones as well, and recently bought the entire book series, which i've just started to read :) As for games I'm mostly into SC2 and Borderlands 2, althought I have quite the collection of games!
