Tracking - Started to, but oops, started picking at the leftovers late afternoon and no more tracking after that! :D Tomorrow will go better! Calories - Hard to say since I didn't track, but probably used all my exercise calories plus a little bit more? Exercise - YES! I did a 4 mile run this morning and hope I earnedβ¦

3 Yesses, exercise was a 6 mile run. π πββοΈπββοΈπββοΈπββοΈπββοΈπββοΈ Have used over 3 pass days this month, tomorrow will be a planned pass day--too much effort for me to try tracking Thanksgiving meal, I won't be exercising, and most likely will be over calories. Hoping though to indulge in moderation. π

3 Yesses π Exercise was a 2 mile run in 20:04. Any faster, and I wouldn't have made the 20 minute minimum! π @LazyBlondeChef I hope you don't stayed annoyed with yourself for very long. Tomorrow is a new day and a new chance to pre-log so you don't go over calories. π

Re: Strength is the ability to break a chocolate bar into four pieces with your bare hands and then eat just ONE of those pieces.... LOL, I already know I wouldn't be able to stop at just one of the pieces. Strength for me would be the ability to NOT grab a SECOND chocolate bar, breaking IT into 4 pieces like I did theβ¦

Exercised - 30 min of weight machines Tracked and calories- Was doing just fine until late afternoon. Found myself nibbling on this and that, telling myself I'd track it later. After dinner the appetite continued and I snacked more than I should have. Didn't bother to track. Resolve to do better tomorrow! I think theβ¦

Well as of this evening, I am no longer in the running for being in the Winner's circle. Had myself a little binge, didn't feel like tracking the calories, and am most likely over. Pass Day 2 used today. Got into the Halloween candy, way too much of it, don't want to try tracking it. I agree with others who are frustrated with the change they've made here on mfp. I thought it was just fine the way it was! When I tried reinstalling the app I still got a white screen when I tried to get to Community.β¦

I am a very status quo kind of person, I don't like change! It will take some getting used to this new format. Right now I can only get on to the Community section via our PC. When I try on my phone there is nothing but an entirely white screen. I guess what I'll need to do is uninstall the app and then reinstall it.β¦

It's usually around January or February that I start feeling the winter doldrums from too many gray Seattle days, not many daysβ¦
