I tried them.... once.... that was enough for me. They tasted like cardboard and did nothing to satisfy me. They bloated me and gave me the worst gas I've ever had (although all the fiber bars do that). :blushing: I'll never eat another one. Looks can definitely be deceiving!

can anyone recommend a good e-cig that doesn't have nicotine in it? I've tried cold turkey, I can't take Chantix due to side effects and I'd prefer not to use the patch or gum that has nicotine. Thanks!

I think more about how many calories I eat each week instead of just daily. I may go over one day, but then eat less on another day.

I've been on MFP for almost a year now and I still weigh and measure almost everything. Mainly because I don't trust myself, even now, to be able to eyeball stuff. Doesn't take that much extra time and helps keep me "honest"!
