I take Vit D3 5,000 daily and 1400 organic flaxseed oil daily. Vit D because I have low vitamin D levels and Flaxseed oil for my cholesterol.

I am 5'4 d I have a goal weight of 140, I am not made to be tiny. When I get to 140 I will decide then if I wanna go lower. I just want to be fit and healthy and be at a normal weight.

I definitely weigh each day. It keeps me on track. If I gain I work that much harder to see a loss next time. To me it is like a reward to me to see it down a little each day. If you need a chocolate fix special k has one called pastry crisps (I like the chocolate delight flavor) it is two good size crisps for 100 calories. Also dannon oikos has a greek cucumber dill dip for 25 calories a serving that you can dip veggies in.

I don't eat back the calories either because I feel satisfied with the calories I am given. If I exercise 600 or more calories I will eat back like 100-200 and I have been losing at a good rate.

I also had the strangling feeling. It was so bad I went to the doctor and they said they did not know what it was. They swore up and down that it was not my thyroid causing it. I also get the really dry skin and I get jaw pain as well. Been to the dentist for the jaw pain and they cant figure it out as well.
