5'4 SW 279 US size 24 (pants) and 2X (shirts) CW 249 was wearing a 22 (pants) and can wear XL just have not bought any yet. But I was able to put on a size 20 pants today.

Great job on your loss. My closest friends and husband saw a difference right away (like after 10 pounds they were seeing it in my face). I have lost 30 pounds now and my neighbors have not noticed. I think people that are the closest to you will see it first.

My favorite is pistachios or 100 calorie packs of popcorn.

It will decrease. MFP started me out at 1460 calories and I lost 29 pounds and it has me down to 1300 now.
