I am also focusing more on muscle... it holds the fat better and burns it off through the day and sometimes days after. I think we will honestly always be flabby in some areas... unless we are fitness freaks and body builders there will be some kind of flab whether we like it or not :(

I gave it up for a little over two months and I sometimes treat myself but yes, it does not taste as great as it did before and I only sip on it never have the full bottle. I should keep drinking the water... it makes you pee!

I have been working out like a mad woman. I burn close to 1000 cals sometimes on machines.... this week, I am tired and not burning as many calories. I took a break yesterday. I gave up soda entirely.... just last night I had my first craving and taste of Diet Dr Pepper had a few sips and threw the rest out. It has been almost 2 months since I have wanted a full bottle of soda. I think giving it up is great and you will not miss it, but if you need a sip as a treat once in a while do it.

I started the same routine gave up soda this year and don't crave it, my mind doesn't even care and if I aim to sip a few, it almost seems gross. I also drink, coffee, tea, water and milk. I need more motivation to keep saying no to those artificial sweeteners. I am sure to see a big change in a few months. Good job!

My niece was tested...this guy I am dating bans most Gluten from his diet and has lost weight from it. It's worth a shot. I wouldn't mind, but I also know a lot of Gluten free products are more expensive too.
