Hi everyone I'm Kath from Wiltshire in the UK. The last 2 months have been great for me. I'm starting to see a difference and fit back into clothes I haven't worn for over 18 months π₯³ I challenges have really worked for me.... Cutting the C.R.A.P. - The no snacking on processed foods was really tricky for me this month butβ¦

In September I focussed on reducing sugary snacks (biscuits and chocolate etc). I did really well but what I probably did was swap high sugar forβ¦

I've been struggling the last couple of weeks. I'm super tired and that's one of my triggers. I've been eating crisps, cake, biscuits nearly every day. I have the next week off work so, hopefully, I'll recharge my batteries. My goal is to 64.4 kg by my 50th birthday in a month. I'm currently 66.4kg so I need to refocus soβ¦
